【Abstract】 To effectively improve the company’s production and operational performance, enhance its economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and align with the company’s development needs, our company has comprehensively launched a clean production audit starting in July 2025.
To effectively improve the company’s production and operational performance, enhance its economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and align with the company’s development needs, our company has comprehensively initiated a clean production audit starting in July 2025.
Our company’s “Relocation from the City to the Industrial Park” multi-metal comprehensive utilization upgrade and renovation project (Phase I) officially commenced construction in July 2022, was completed by the end of December 2023, entered trial production and commissioning on January 1, 2024, and concluded such activities on December 31, 2024. Following the commencement of full-scale production in 2025, our company will ensure that all types of pollutants are discharged in compliance with regulatory standards and that the total emission control targets for key pollutants are met. This clean production audit represents the company’s first round of clean production assessment. During its production and business operations, the company handles toxic and hazardous materials such as lead, mercury, particulate matter, SO2, and NOx.
In accordance with the “Guidance for the Administration of Clean Production Audits in Henan Province (Trial)” issued by the Henan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment (Document No. [2024]61 of the Henan Provincial Environmental Protection Office), as well as the “Evaluation Indicator System for Clean Production in the Lead Smelting Industry” and the “Evaluation Indicator System for Clean Production in the Secondary Lead Industry,” we hereby publicly disclose relevant information about our organization to the general public and welcome oversight and guidance from all sectors of society.

Details regarding the names, quantities, and uses of toxic and hazardous raw materials employed by the enterprise; the names, concentrations, and quantities of toxic and hazardous substances discharged; the generation and disposal of hazardous waste; and the implementation of environmental risk prevention and control measures in accordance with the law are provided in the Appendix.
This clean production audit was independently conducted by the enterprise, systematically identifying and analyzing the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and the generation of pollutants (including gaseous emissions, wastewater, noise, and solid waste) throughout the entire production process, as well as the corresponding emission levels.
