【Abstract】 According to the requirements of the company's 2019 Annual Emergency Drill Plan and the Emergency Plan for Environmental Emergencies, our company organized 122 people from 13 departments to carry out the comprehensive emergency drill of fire protection, safety and environmental protection in the open ground on the north side of the company's acid making workshop at 9:00 a.m. on June 4, 2019 in combination with the actual situation of June "safety activity month". Administrative units also participating in the drill are Lingbao Environmental Protection Bureau and Lingbao Fire and Rescue Brigade

I. On-site disposal:

1. Minor leakage of the valve at the root of #1 acid tank was found during patrol inspection by duty personnel, and preliminary treatment was immediately carried out; Open the drain valve of the 1# acid tank, switch the acid transfer valve, and transfer the residual acid in the 1# acid tank into the 2# acid tank. At the same time immediately report to the workshop and the company's relevant leaders.

2. Upon receiving the report, the emergency leading team shall immediately issue the emergency response instruction, and summon all teams to the scene and take their positions immediately.

3. After receiving the instruction, the person in charge of the rescue team shall arrange the security alert team to seal off the scene to prevent the expansion of the situation, and arrange the rescue personnel to wear acid-proof clothing, boots, gloves and other protective equipment to open the emergency tank valve containing acid, transfer acid and control the liquid level to prevent acid from overflowing. The rescue team shall recycle the leaking acid liquid from the ground of the tank area and put the recovered acid into the empty tank for treatment. After confirming that the acid leaking storage tank is empty, stop acid transfer.

4. After emptying the leaking tank, the rescue team shall add calcium carbide slag or quicklime to neutralize the acid in the accident pit and cofferdam of the acid pool.

5. The rescue team shall get medical supplies ready, enter the scene, wash burned persons with 2% sodium bicarbonate solution or plenty of water, and send the wounded to hospital for emergency treatment as appropriate.

6. After timely rescue by the rescue team, the source of danger of leakage point is under control.

7. After the treatment of the leakage point, the rescue team shall take measures to deal with, neutralize and clean up the acid leakage. After emergency disposal, take the above measures to control the situation, and the scene commander announced the order of removal of the alert.

II. End of emergency:

After the end of rescue work and site cleaning up, the chief commander issued the order of restoring normal production.

III. Drill summary and evaluation

Each team shall cooperate with the chief commander to investigate the sulfuric acid leakage accident, summarize the deficiencies in the process of this drill, and make a good summary of the drill.
