Lingbao Xinling Lead Industry Co., Ltd. was established in May 2005 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. The company's headquarters is located at the southern end of Tengfei Road in Yuling Industrial Park, Lingbao City. It currently has two factories, Yuling Factory and Daonan Factory, covering a total area of 829 acres. The company has more than 800 employees, including more than 300 college and technical college graduates and more than 100 high-precision and cutting-edge technical talents. Our main business covers non-ferrous metal smelting, electrolysis, deep processing and sales, production and sales of sulfuric acid, as well as production and sales of compressed oxygen and nitrogen. The XLGF brand national standard No.1 electrolytic lead produced by the company is a delivery brand of the Shanghai Futures Exchange. From 2017 to 2022, the company has won honors such as the Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises in Henan Province for five consecutive years.
In 2022, in response to the call of the municipal government and to comprehensively improve the company's equipment technology level, the company invested in the construction of the "Resource Recycling and Green Production Technology Upgrading Project" in the Yuling Industrial Park. The main equipment adopts the internationally leading "oxygen bottom blowing smelting rich lead slag bottom blowing reduction fuming zinc extraction" triple furnace smelting production process, which has advanced process technology, high intelligence level, strong raw material adaptability, high metal recovery rate, green energy conservation and environmental protection advantages, and is at the leading level in the same industry. At the same time, the company has also built a 150000 ton/year waste battery dismantling device to produce lead mud and other raw materials for the smelting system, achieving the recycling of resources. At present, the company can process 600000 tons of comprehensive raw materials annually, with an annual output of 200000 tons of electrolytic lead, 50000 tons of electrolytic zinc, 30000 tons of crude copper, 300000 tons of sulfuric acid, and comprehensively recover various metals such as gold, silver, antimony, bismuth, tellurium, etc. The annual sales revenue can reach 10.5 billion yuan.
